A Concrete Cap in Eight Minutes
Think of it Mr. Contractor and Architect, you can cast a perfect concrete cap with a drip edge from the time you start to put on the form until the cap is finished in just 8 minutes.
This is made possible by the use of the PI-Rap steel form, an adjustable metal form with a range up to and including a cap size 30” x 44” which squares itself and fits perfectly all piers, buttresses or chimneys no matter how out of square or level.
Anyone can apply a PI-Rap steel form in less than one minute, ready for concrete, it requires no bracing and cannot slip or drop after clamps are applied.
The PI-Rap steel form does not rob the cement of water as does the wood form, this leaves the face hard and smooth. It is cheaper to cast a cap with PI-Kap steel forms than it costs to lay up 2 courses of ordinary bricks.
